HVLP SYSTEM
The unique design of this system allows
HVLP compliance and at the same time unparalleled finish quality,
particularly with difficult finishes such as paint and high solids finishes.
Lightweight and perfectly balanced, this gun is a pleasure to use, while
producing the finest finish possible.
 The
heart of this system is the patented Geo nozzle, which pre-atomizes
the finish internally with 6 small air holes around the nozzle. The finish
is then re-atomized with the air from the air horn. This results in
extremely top grade finish with any finish and still maintains HVLP
compliancy.
 The
nozzle is machined from a single piece of 303 stainless steel and is
surrounded by 24 air diffusion holes, allowing for excellent application of
any type finish - solvent or water base.
The body is forged
anodized aluminum, CNC finished. It is polished, sanded and submitted to
anodic oxidation, resulting in a solvent proof finish that's ideal for water
base finish applications. It is very ergonomic to use and exceptionally
balanced. All Geo models come with an air flow regulator fitted to the air
inlet for precise control over air.

FX/FZ HVLP
The HVLP system from Walcom
incorporates all the same features as the Geo
system, but with a conventional nozzle/air cap where the finish is atomized
externally by the air horn. The body is the same forged anodized aluminum as
the Geo and all wet parts are
stainless steel. The FZ/SP pressure feed has a stainless fluid inlet tube
attached to the base which keeps the fluid hose neatly out of the way when
spraying.
All guns come with an air regulator at the air inlet for precise air
control. 1 year parts and labor warranty.

SLIM HVLP
 The SLIM HVLP system from
Walcom incorporates all the same features as the HVLP system, but with a
slightly smaller body and atomizing head. All wet parts are stainless steel
and all guns come with an air regulator at the air inlet for precise air
control. 1 year parts and labor warranty.
The SLIM guns are designed for spraying
difficult products such as primers, but have proved exceptional for all
clears, particularly water base finishes, due to the extra air ports in the
air cap. They are very lightweight and transfer efficiency exceeds 80%,
thanks to their low cfm requirements. Perfect for the homeowner or novice
finisher.
The SLIM HVLP air cap is multi- ported on
the horns (see photo left) to provide the extra atomization necessary for
difficult to atomize finishes. Combined with the smaller annular ports
around the center you can spray heavy, medium and thin viscosity finishes.
You can spray any paint and primer through this gun with the
proper setup.

The cam-lock pressurized cup
features a diaphragm regulator to precisely adjust pressure to the pot. Gun
air is regulated with the built in micro regulator or your compressor
regulator. A
1.3mm setup will spray a wide variety of finishes including lacquers and
paint. For thin viscosity finishes we recommend the 1.0 mm setup. A really

STM HVLP
HVLP
touch-up and small project guns are hard to find and it's
particularly nice to find one of this fit and finish. This
gun excels at touch-ups and is perfect for smaller projects.
This spray gun has all the premier features of the larger
guns, like stainless steel wet parts and comes with two
cups, 250cc (8.75 oz) and 75cc (2.6 oz). It can be adjusted
to a fine, round spray pattern for touch up or precise
application, or up to a fan shaped, wider pattern for larger
areas. This is a great gun for luthiers as it excels at both
precise shading as well as topcoat application.
I've used
this gun to spray everything from toners and shaders, stains
as well as conversion varnishes and water base finishes.
Don't be fooled by the size of this gun, it's a real
