Twin Hose for
Pressure Pots
 Twin
Hose is flexible polyurethane with a nylon inner
tube for solvent resistance. Comes
with 1/4" and 3/8" reusable fittings with stainless steel inserts.
The two hoses are welded together, eliminating the use of duct tape and
cable ties. Very neat! Hoses are sold with instructions for cutting
the hoses and re-attaching fittings for specific configurations.

Air hose is 8mm (5/16" inside diameter) and comes
with reusable quick connect and coupler installed. Spring anti-kink guard
protects hose. This is a premium hose and my favorite as it's very tough yet
lightweight and flexible. Compatible with Campbell Hausfeld, Porter Cable and
other common fittings used for compressed air.

Air and Fluid Hoses
Red air hose is 5/16" or 3/8" (inside diameter) and black
fluid hose is 1/4" or 3/8". For sheer sensitive products and runs over 25
ft, we suggest 3/8" for both hoses. Tough rubber hoses are very flexible and tough. Both hoses
have standard Binks/Devilbiss style reusable fittings (3/8" fluid, 1/4" air).
Use the 3/8" air for runs of 25' and over in HVLP applications.

 These
"Hi-Flow" quick connectors (see comparison photo - right) are larger in diameter than
standard connectors. Recommended for all HVLP systems. Fittings will work
with most common fittings like Porter Cable and Campbell Hausfeld, but we recommend they be
purchased in matched sets (with matching Coupler) as they may not work with
all manufacturer's couplers. These couplers do not require that you
retract the sleeve when inserting the disconnect. Simply push the disconnect
in, and the sleeve on the coupler automatically retracts and snaps back in.
