Finishing Products was started in the early 1990's as a ready
source of traditional, hard-to-find finishing supplies. Our mission was back
then, as it is now, to offer the best products at a fair price and backed by
the finest technical service. All of our
products are the ones we use in the day-to-day operations of J. B. Jewitt
Co., Inc.
We know the products we sell because we use them everyday. In our
first catalog we offered several grades of shellac, some French Polishing
materials, and a few repair supplies. Still not satisfied with some of the
products we were offering, we decided to develop our own. We now manufacture
our own line of dyes (TransFast® and TransTint®)
under the Homestead name which are sold by other retailers all over the
world.
