Accuspray HVLP Spray Guns

Turbine HVLP Guns work from a turbine unit, whether it is Accuspray or another manufacturer. They will also work with compressed air by ordering the 36-00 regulator (see parts). If your turbine is a non-bleeder style, any of the turbine guns will work. If you have a bleeder style turbine, order the #11 gun.

HVLP Conversion Guns work with a compressor only. If you have a small compressor rated at under 8 cfm at 40 psi, use the 19c gun.

TURBINE HVLP GUNS

If you own an existing Accuspray or another manufacturers' non-bleeder style turbine, consider upgrading to the legendary Accuspray #10 gun. Available as a pressurized cup feed or non-pressurized gravity feed, you can add a secondary gun to your rig or replace an old one. Many finishers have separate guns for colors and clears. The #10 is the gun that comes with new turbine systems above. The non-pressurized #10g is great for delicate shading, toning or repair work.

Note: Effective 11-1-2007, Accuspray no longer includes gun lube with their guns, even though it is noted in the instructions.

* A bleeder turbine is one that has air coming through the front of the gun when the turbine is turned on - whether the gun trigger is pulled or not.

10g GRAVITY TURBINE GUN

If you own a non-bleeder turbine with a standard turbine hose, step up to the benefits of gravity feed with your turbine. Gravity feed guns feature easy clean up and switchover between finishes. Metal cups with screw tops and anti-drip design make spraying easy. Two sizes in the ProPack make spraying virtually all finishes easy!

This is the easiest to clean cup we've ever used for water base finishes. With different NN combos, you can spray virtually any finish. Convert this gun to run off compressed air easily with the 36-00 mini-regulator.

Team up an Accuspray with your compressor and get the fast delivery rates and exceptional atomization that Accuspray guns deliver. A low cfm version of the Series 19 (19c) is available for smaller compressors (4-4.5 cfm at 40psi)
