Accuspray Nautilus 3/8" Diaphragm Pump System utilizes a 1:1 diaphragm pump to deliver up to 4 gallons per minute of finish for the ultimate in production finishing. This system is available in 7 configurations and when teamed up with a 19 or 19c HVLP spray gun, you'll get the ultimate in atomization and fluid control. Diaphragm pumps eliminate the messy and sometimes fussy pressure pots that can slow you down and make cleaning between finishes a hassle.

NAUTILUS PUMP SPECIFICATIONS

All Nautilus Pumps feature a proprietary surge chamber and fluid regulator to eliminate pulsation of finish when spraying. The surge chamber eliminates these problems by collecting and pressurizing the fluid before pushing it through the paint lines to the gun. The lubricated pump housing is nickel plated with Teflon diaphragms for corrosive and caustic applications. They can pump any coating from stains to glues with the exception of zinc coatings. Pumps are adaptable to handle up to 4 guns if necessary and come with dual air regulators. The Nautilus Pump when configured with the 19c gun can be easily run off a small shop compressor.
